Monthly Plans for Partners-
0 – 50,000
PER MONTH
Partners get 15% revenue after the first month, until they reach ₹50,000 per month
50,001 – 1,00,000
PER MONTH
Partners with revenue over ₹50,000 per month will get a 20% commission on the entire amount, up to ₹1,00,000.
1,00,001 & above
PER MONTH
Partners with revenue over ₹1,00,000 per month will get a 25% commission on the entire amount, with no limit.

QUALITY CHECK:
Cleanup will have an auditing team to ensure that everything is being used efficiently and is not damaged by the partners. If any damage is found, the partner will be held responsible and will need to compensate for the damages
RETURN POLICY:
The refundable deposit will be returned to the partner within 30 days. A quality check audit will be conducted, and the full amount will only be refunded if all required metrics are met. If there are any issues, the partner will be responsible for any necessary compensation.
CLEANUP WILL HAVE AN AUDITING TEAM TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS BEING USED EFFICIENTLY AND IS NOT DAMAGED BY THE PARTNERS. IF ANY DAMAGE IS FOUND, THE PARTNER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NEED TO COMPENSATE FOR THE DAMAGES.

Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between [Your Business Name] (“Company”) and the entity or individual (“Pickup Partner”) participating in the Laundry Pickup Partner Program. By registering as a Pickup Partner, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Registration and Approval
2.1 The Pickup Partner must submit an application providing accurate business details.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2.3 Approved Pickup Partners will receive a unique identification code and relevant materials for operations.
3. Agreement Validity and Termination Notice
3.1 This agreement will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of signing.
3.2 Pickup Partners must provide a three (3) month written notice before withdrawing from the program.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to withdraw from any brand at its sole discretion.
4. Responsibilities of Pickup Partners
4.1 Collect garments from customers and add appropriate remarks regarding their condition or special instructions. Pickup Partners will not tag the clothes.
4.2 Store collected garments securely until pickup by the Company’s logistics team.
4.3 Hand over collected garments only to authorized Company personnel.
4.4 Ensure timely communication with customers regarding pickup schedules.
4.5 Follow all Company policies regarding pricing, handling, and customer service.
4.6 Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the pickup location.
5. Responsibilities of the Company
5.1 Provide logistics support for garment pickup and return.
5.2 Process and clean garments as per service standards.
5.3 Handle customer complaints related to laundry processing.
5.4 Provide necessary training and support to Pickup Partners.
5.5 Ensure timely payouts to Pickup Partners as per the agreed revenue-sharing model.
5.6 Cleanup is not responsible for any damage while receiving.
6. Commission and Payments
6.1 Pickup Partners will receive a commission per garment or per order as agreed upon during onboarding.
6.2 Payments will be settled on a [weekly/monthly] basis via bank transfer or other agreed-upon payment methods.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to revise the commission structure with prior notice.
6.4 Any discrepancies in payments must be reported within [7] days for resolution.
7. Customer Interaction and Service Quality
7.1 Pickup Partners must maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.
7.2 Complaints regarding service at the pickup location will be investigated and may result in termination of the partnership.
7.3 False commitments or misleading information to customers about services or pricing is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination and Breach
8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with a day written notice.
8.2 Immediate termination may occur in cases of fraud, negligence, or violation of terms.
8.3 Pickup Partners must return any Company materials, including branding or promotional items, upon termination.
8.4 In the event of any malpractice, the Company will immediately terminate the partnership and take legal action against the business and the owner as per the terms of this agreement. Any payout will not be cleared.
9. Liability and Indemnification
9.1 The Company is responsible for garments once collected by the logistics team.
9.2 The Pickup Partner shall not be liable for damages occurring during laundry processing.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Pickup Partners must not disclose confidential information about the Company, its customers, or business processes.
10.2 Any misuse of customer data will lead to legal action.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 The Company reserves the right to update these terms with prior notice.
11.2 Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
11.3 Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
