- No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for any service provided. All transactions are final and non-refundable once payment is made.
- Service Issues
- In case of dissatisfaction with the service or any unforeseen issues, customers may contact us directly for resolution. While refunds are not provided, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
- Damage or Loss of Garments
- Compensation for loss or significant damage to garments is limited to a maximum of five times the article’s service charge, excluding sentimental value.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders may not be canceled or modified once the garments have been picked up for service.
- Unclaimed Items
- Items not collected within one month of the due delivery date will no longer be the responsibility of PYOOR ESTABLISHMENT. No refunds or compensation will be provided for unclaimed articles.
