- No Returns
- All garments and items once serviced and delivered cannot be returned to PYOOR ESTABLISHMENT.
- Inspection at Delivery
- Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect their garments at the time of delivery.
- Any issues must be reported immediately. Complaints regarding service quality, damages, or missing items will not be entertained after the items have been accepted by the customer.
- Damaged or Misplaced Items
- Compensation for loss or significant damage is limited to a maximum of five times the article’s service charge. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Unclaimed Items
- Articles not collected within one month of the due delivery date will no longer be the responsibility of PYOOR ESTABLISHMENT, and no returns or compensation will be provided for unclaimed items.
- Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring no valuables are left in garments before handing them over for service. PYOOR ESTABLISHMENT is not liable for the loss of any valuables left in the garments.
