Welcome to PYOOR ESTABLISHMENT! By accessing or using our services through cleanuplaundry.in, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Notice

The attention of the customers is directed to the following trade terms and conditions under which all articles are accepted:

1. No Responsibility for Inherent Issues:
   • PYOOR ESTABLISHMENT cannot accept responsibility for shrinkage, damage, color fading, or defects apparent during or after cleaning due to defective manufacture, adulteration, wear, or exposure.
   • The quality of texture, color trimmings, and other material conditions is entirely at the owner’s risk.
2. No Claim Policy:
   • All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk.
   • The company is not responsible for damage arising from articles unable to withstand the normal cleaning process.
3. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances:
   • We are not liable for delays in delivery, loss, or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control. No deductions or compensation will be entertained.
4. Collection of Articles:
   • Customers must collect articles within one month of the due delivery date. Articles not collected within this period will no longer be our responsibility.
5. Inspection on Delivery:
   • Customers must examine articles before taking delivery. Complaints will not be entertained after delivery.
6. Valuables in Garments:
   • Customers must check their garments for valuables before sending them for cleaning. We are not responsible for any loss of valuables retained in the articles.
7. Condition of Articles:
   • Articles are inspected at our workshop, and any report regarding their condition is binding. We are not liable for issues like holes, broken buttons, or stains not evident at the time of receipt.
8. Stain Removal:
   • Stain removal is performed upon request at the customer’s risk. Absolute stain removal is not guaranteed, and charges are non-refundable.
9. Sarees and Silk Dhotis:
   • Customers must specify their preference for ironing, roll pressing, or calendaring. In the absence of instructions, we will choose the method deemed fit. These services are provided solely at the customer’s risk.
10. Ornamental Fittings:
    • We are not responsible for ornamental or jewelry fittings on garments.
11. Designer Garments and High-Value Items:
    • Designer garments are billed based on complexity, determined on a case-by-case basis.
    • Garments valued above ₹10,000 must be declared at the time of billing and noted on the invoice.
12. Missing Items:
    • We may require up to ten business days to trace missing items. Items mis-delivered to customers must be reported immediately.
13. Compensation Policy:
    • Compensation for loss or damage is limited to a maximum of five times the article’s bill amount. Sentimental or intrinsic value is not considered in claims.
14. Disputes and Jurisdiction:
    • Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai only.

Additional Terms

1. Payment Policy:
   • Payment is required upfront. Discounts are available for online bookings.
   • Accepted payment methods: QR code, bank transfer, and cash. Card payments are not accepted.
2. Pickup and Delivery:
   • Pickup and delivery services are available between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
   • The standard turnaround time is four working days. Expedited services are subject to additional charges.
3. Amendments to Terms:
   • We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
